By making a donation to International Gospel Response Ministries Inc. (IGRM), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of Funds

All donations made to IGRM are used for charitable purposes in accordance with our mission. Unless otherwise specified, your donation will be directed toward the area of greatest need. Designated gifts will be used for the specified project or program, but if a project becomes overfunded or unavailable, IGRM reserves the right to allocate excess funds to similar initiatives that align with our mission.

2. Tax Receipts

IGRM is a registered Canadian nonprofit organization. Tax receipts will be issued for eligible donations in compliance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) regulations. Please ensure that the contact information you provide during your donation is accurate so we can issue your official receipt.

3. Privacy and Security

Your personal and payment information is collected and processed securely. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Refund Policy

All donations are considered final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 10 business days at office@igrmimpact.org to request a review. Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of IGRM.

If you opt to make a recurring donation, your selected amount will be charged to your chosen payment method on the frequency you selected. You may cancel or modify your recurring gift at any time by contacting us or managing your account online (where applicable).

6. Currency and Payment

All donations are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Payments made by credit card are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. IGRM is not responsible for any additional fees or charges applied by your financial institution.

7. Receipting Errors

If you receive an incorrect tax receipt, please contact us at office@igrmimpact.org. We will work promptly to issue a corrected version.

8. Right to Decline

IGRM reserves the right to decline a donation, refund a contribution, or refuse support that is inconsistent with our values or charitable purpose.
